Muslims around
the world are celebrating the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. From waking up in
the early hours before sunrise for a quick bite and sip of water, to the
waiting till the sunset by keeping date in hand.
Muslims
believe Ramadan is the holiest month in the year, when the Qur’an, the holy
book was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H).
Ramadan is the Ninth month in the Islamic calendar, or the Hijri calendar based on the lunar cycle, which began in AD 622. During this month, observant Muslims do not eat or drink from sunrise till sunset. This is because fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam.

has organised Iftar Party for its all associates along with IFC Students at Masjid Al-Furqan in Sharifa Road. More than 250 students have attended Iftar party
on 24th of Ramadan.
Maulana Ayub Khan Noorie held the brief Dua session
before the Adhaan. In the prayer he remembered Muslims all around the world who
are being oppressed in different countries. He especially remembered the
brothers, sisters and mothers of GAZA. Who are defending Islam and standing
firm against the mightiest super power of today's world.
